Dear Sir,

Kindly refer to the above mentioned letter through which a copy of the Department of Expenditure O.M dated 13/08/2024 was forwarded to us. In this regard we wish to submit that this office has already submitted the following proposal for the consideration of the Government vide our letter of even number dated 13/05/2024. (copy enclosed for ready reference)
