Gurgaon JCP Bharti, 5 Other IPS Officers Transferred

Gurgaon JCP Bharti Arora has been posted as DIG (Welfare and Training) at Police Headquarters at Panchkula.
Chandigarh: Gurgaon’s Joint Commissioner of Police Bharti Arora, who was recently involved in a spat with a fellow IPS officer, was tonight among six IPS officers transferred by the Haryana Government in a reshuffle.
Gurgaon JCP Bharti Arora has been posted as DIG (Welfare and Training) at Police Headquarters at Panchkula.
Bharti Arora has now been posted as DIG (Welfare and Training) at Police Headquarters at Panchkula against a vacant post, an official release said.
Bharti Arora had recently accused Gurgaon Police Commissioner Navdeep Singh Virk of “falsely implicating” a family in a rape case and threatening her, a charge which had been denied by him.
Among other IPS officers, Y Puran Kumar has been posted as DIG (Law and Order), police headquarters at Panchkula, against a vacant post on promotion.
The state government today also ordered transfer and posting of five HPS officers with immediate effect.
